PLANNING PERMISSION & BUILDING CONTROL
If planning permission is required we will submit the application for you and deal with the consultation with the local authority, making any alterations free of charge if they are required. Once consent has been obtained we will prepare the construction drawings and specifications for Building Control approval and again consult and negotiate with the Local Building Control Officer.
Our success rate is very high and once all the formalities have been completed we can obtain competitive tenders from local contractors. We can recommend high-quality contractors to make sure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
